During my tenure as Fire Chief, I led the design of the hydrant location system; Negotiated the donation of land for the parcel on which the station sits; Initiated the Fire Department finance model that currently raises over $200K revenues to offset the Public Safety’s budget and reduced the average scene arrival time in half from 23 minutes to an average of 12 minutes.
